My cat scratched my hamsters eye n it got infected.. N now his other eye got infected out of nowhere. ?

This happened last week. He is still alive. But in pain. he makes hikup noices n cries. He doesn't want to eat. He walks really slow. I dont think hes going to make it. But Wat shoulder I do. I cry too becouse dexter is my baby. N he been with me for a while.
