Headaches and migraines?

I have been getting serve headaches and migraines since i was 10 years old, i have tried both natural and western medicine, natural did nothing for me not even acupuncture worked, i have been to test after test, changed my diet completely and still i have had little to no relief. I want to some day have kids maybe in the next 4-5 years, but im terrified i will get my serve headaches and migraines and not have any way of soothing the pain since obviously you can't take medication while pregnant. I'm not sure what to do i've almost come to the conclusion i just cannot get pregnant and have a baby since the headaches are too much of a risk. Does anyone have any ideas or anything that has worked for them with headaches? I'm really worried they will not only affect my career life but my family life as well.
