Would health insurance cover some of the costs of a massage?

i want to get a massage purely for stress relief. im involved with psychiatrists and therapists. ive tried acupuncture but it wasnt really for me. i was thinking of a massage. would health insurance cover the costs because its for alternative stress relief? also, i am fourteen. thanks!
