I am a far bigger fan of physical therapy, as I feel they apply more types of therapy (i.e. they "do more") and they address more issues of pain (i.e. it has been very rare for a chiropractor to give me a list of exercises to do three times a week to prevent a chronic pain from returning - they usually want to see me three times a week for well, weeks) Massage therapy is another thing that has helped me greatly with musclo-skeletal pain.
