Very uncomfortable neck ache!?

I have a constant sorta uncomfortable neck ache not so much painful just really uncomfortable on the sides of my neck, the only way to stop this is to support my neck by holding it with my hand or placing a pillow under my chin pushing my head rish back!sounds weird! I know! Doctors cant find anything and a massage or acupuncture dosnt work?!?!?! Any suggestions? P.s could it be my posture? Maybe?
