What careers can I treat people with herbs and nutrition?

My passion is herbal medicine but I'm scared to get my degree in something that's there's not a big market for. What holistic fields are in demand that I can make a living at and help people with herbal cures? Is acupuncture good? Please no bad remarks about holistic medicine. I use it and know it works. Thanks
