Hypnosis? Acupuncture ? Psychics? Any of that stuff work?

I need to move on and emotionally heal from a traumatic event in my life. It's given me such stress and sadness. I can't seem to get a handle on it. I think I'm doing all the right things to let go and mgr forward but I'm wondering if there is a short cut through all this. Time heals and I get that but what else can I do to help along the way that I haven't tried?
