What are some alternative treatments for back and leg pain?

i dont know any things other thank presciption medicine or just an advil, but a HOT bath easily takes away my leg pain and back pain. but maybe it is just growing pain? also u can buy leg and back ointment at ur local grocery store, Target or walmart.
