When that is normalized then genetics determines where the next place is to remove fat. So burn those calories and let nature do its thing.To increase calorie burn you should do weight training also. Fat is metabolically inactive and does not burn calories at rest. Muscle does. When you increase the ratio of muscle to fat, then you are getting calorie burn all day and night from active tissue(not fat)
