Chronic Neck Pain, Please Help Me?

My neck has been hurting for the last 6 months and it came about randomly. i went to a doctor and then the hospital where i got some acupuncture done and got some x-rays also. The acupuncture didn't help but the x-rays showed (according to my mom and grandma) That my neck was crooked, but the doctor's didn't have anything to say about it So i guess it was supposed to be like that, I haven't seen the x-ray myself. I've been to a chiropractor about twice and it didn't help the pain. I'm constantly popping ibruprofen and advil. What should I do? My mom wants to take me back to the Chiropractor but i really don't want to, it doesn't seem to be helping! >:P Please help...
